In order to continue airing Veteran Journalist and TV host of Channel One "Lahzeyeh Akhar" and "Ma Hasteem" will need financial support from viewers and donators ... In an age when all Diaspora Medias offer little discourse to views other than those shared by State Sponsored ( i.e: BBC Persian, VOA ) or Corporate Networks (CNN) where the voices of the Silent Majority can't be heard, the closing of Shahram Homayoun's program will be a great loss not only because of his insightful contributions, staunch optimism and stamina in the face of adversity which he has demonstrated all these years but also because he is probably the only diaspora journalist to have stayed on course as to his beliefs and values. I truly wish him success in his current appeal to the generosity of his audience but also in whatever endeavors he will undertake in the future.
