Interesting that they blame Israel for this but forget that 6 million eligible Kurds will eventually determine the fate of this. And as usual, the Iraqis are not as concerned or vocal about this as Iranians.
This will likely drive a huge wave of Iranians to the IR side, including the hardline nationalists and monarchists who oppose RP, the leftists who want the regime to succeed with reform, etc. Their easy targets are always Israel and US for the apocalypse of the ME and not Iran.
The blame for this undesirable fate is solely on Iran with its devastating expansionist policy in Iraq and the entire ME.
Iran' territorial integrity is not negotiable !
Shame on Netanyahu !
Mehrdad A:
Regarding Kurdistan, how Kurdistan is run is a business of Kurdish people and no one else.
I am far from being a nationalist, but Kurds are the only nation who have fought against Islamist Fascism of both Shia style in Iran and Sunni ISIS style in Iraq and Syria. As such a true nationalist would argue that they are the only nation in Middle East who deserve the right of nationhood.
Regarding the fake opposition ran by the Islamist Regime's ministry of intelligence--be it the 'Neo-Nationalist' and 'fake leftists'--. Do you think the opinion of a few hundred mostly elderly west residing parasites who'd faint if their coffee' latte with pumplin falvour cake breakfast is late by 15 minutes would even matter when we have Workers and Teachers union leaders on thirty day plus hunger strike right at the heart of Islamist regim'e Ministry of intelligence run prison?

Roozbeh,
Have a look at the blog title and see you are missing the main point: Israel.
I am just arguing that Israel as usual is the Iranian red herring in this Iraqi Kurdish issue. My list of Iranians above don't have the guts to object the 6 million Kurds, who will vote for this, yet they blame someone else.
I agree regarding your comments on Kurds, and I blame Iran for their plight. If this goes through in Iraq and then pervades throughout the region as well as Iran, the regime in Iran is the main culprit.
MehrdadA
I didnt miss Israel in the title. I just did not mention it because Israel is neither here nor there as far as Iranian or Kurdish affairs are concerned. Islamist regime has been linking opposition organisations to Israel, Saudi Arabia and USA for a good reason. Fascist regimes need to create external enemies to justify their existance by rallying the gullible herds of lumpens of all political persuasions behind them.. Nazi Germany's external enemy was Soviet Union, Communism and Jews -- whom they blamed for the creation of communism---. Fascist Islamist Regime of Iran's external enemy is Israel, Zionism and Jews. The Rabid hatred of Islamists of all forms and shapes for secularism and god less Communism needs no introduction.
In my opinion at least we can think of Islamism as the bastard child of Nazism.
Question of Natinal minorities, self rule is a complex one. Not unique to Iran, and needs to be dealt with extreme tact in free and democratic manner. In fascist ruled Iran , where the buss worker and teacher are thrown in Jail for decades for simply complaining about their work conditions, having discussions about Iran's territorial integrity' is a very sad joke.
Roozbeh,
It is a pity, a loss for the cause, when Iranians with uncluttered mind as yours abstain from sharing their views in blogs and articles.
I hope you and Mehrdad consider writing blogs more often, I really do.
Bringing Israel into this Iraqi, and not Iranian, situation by Iranians who speak on behalf of the Iraqi Kurds is a joke. All major powers, if this thing goes through, will live with it, even the Iranian regime but not these west-residing, anti-Israel elements.
Well thank god Israel is our historical, cultural and what ever kind of ally they are or else god knows what they would be supporting for next!
I agree with Dk, not an inch of Iran is negotiable regardless of what chalarlatan happy trigger Netanyahu says.
...Like to see how one will/not negociate about those inches of iran from iroon.com!!
Negociation is the work of govrenments not nondescript, little puny individuals. When it comes to the Iranins Kurds, the regime will massacre them It always has. And the Iranian nationalists will support that. They alway have.
